Basic Leader Training (BLT)
An introduction to Girl Scouting and Girl Scouts
of San Jacinto Council. This session gives you
the tools to conduct your first five meetings.
You must take BLT prior to appointment
to the troop/group leadership team. The local
service unit is the best place to participate
in this course, but if that is not possible, the
dates listed below are available. However, for
completion of the course and training credit,
a 30-minute session about your local service unit’s
“way of work” is also required. Contact
local service unit administrators who deliver
that portion.
