Learn up close and personal how much you really know about
breast health. Guest speakers will talk about mammography,
nutrition, physical activity, components of good breast health
and what YOU can do NOW to reduce your risk of breast cancer.
Girl Scouts will earn the “In the Pink!”
Breast Cancer Awareness Interest Project Patch by
attending this event and participating in the workshops, activities
and service project. In addition, Girl Scouts may complete
portions of the “Growing Strong, Staying Healthy”
Patch from Girl Scouts of Nassau County, NY.
Light refreshments will be provided in the morning and afternoon.
