A quick look at STUDIO 2B focus books

So you’ve been hearing all about this STUDIO 2B “stuff” and you can’t quite figure it out. Try looking at it this way. STUDIO 2B is an updated way of approaching Girl Scouts for girls 11-17. Traditional values are still embraced and celebrated, but girls are given more options, flexibility and a “By Girls, For Girls” focus. More information on STUDIO 2B may be found at www.studio2b.org.

A STUDIO 2B Focus Book is an individual booklet that lists requirements for earning a STUDIO 2B charm, which is similar to an Interest Project. The Focus Book is in a magazine format and the topics covered are contemporary and involve goal setting. Completion of at least one STUDIO 2B Focus Book is part of the Silver and Gold Award processes.
