Troop 5625 finished up their Weather Watch badge by visiting Channel 2 Meteorologist Wes Hohenstein and Radar the weather dog. Girls got to listen and watch during the noon hour news broadcast, watch Wes do a broadcast from the Weather Garden, get a tour of Newschopper2 and get up close and personal with Radar! The field trip was followed up with a lunch at Chili’s.

Girl Scout Troop #7362 conducted a Toy Drive to benefit the Boys and Girls Harbor. Over 300 gifts were collected! A party was held for the Harbor residents with plenty of cake, cookies and punch. Everyone had a wonderful time.
