Troop 5037 rode in the Montgomery County Christmas Parade. The girls had a great time singing Christmas carols as they rode in the parade.


Troop 5037 visited the Silverado Senior Living Home. They sang Christmas carols to the residents and really enjoyed lighting up the residents’ holiday.


Junior troop 8234 from Splendora participated in the Theatre Badge Workshop at Episcopal High School hosted by MASQUE. This workshop helped build their understanding and appreciation of the behind the scenes work involved in production.

 

Troop 5037 also enjoyed an amazing time taking the tour of the Girl Scout center. They really enjoyed learning about the foundation and seeing the old uniforms. Actually, they loved everything about the tour!

 

Troop 8234 also learned a little about archery at the local Girl Scout camp, Agnes Arnold, which is located in Conroe. This event is called, “Bull’s Eye” and the girls loved it so much, they can’t wait to go again.

Cadette Troop 5063 taking a much needed break after hosting “Brownie Day” where the theme was “It’s a Jungle Out There.” Girls earned their Silver Award helping local Brownies. The Brownies got to hear pet tips from a local vet, bring along their own stuffed animals as they traveled along to fun activities and checkout an aquatic frog, gecko and meal worms. Cadettes even put on a show, here they are pictured in costumes.
