Gain insight into how girls this age think, what they like to do, how to help them set and reach goals, and when to step back so girls can develop leadership skills. Fulfills the requirement for Cadette, Senior, and STUDIO 2B advisors.

First Steps in Outdoor Exploration
This is an introduction to beginning outdoor experiences. Explore the resources available – not only in the Council, but also in the community. Familiarize yourself with outdoor basics, such as what to wear, outdoor manners, and walking softly on the land. Learn what steps to take and in what order, how to plan a day outdoors both on and off Council property as well as the forms needed to do that.
