- The 4 key responsibilities in the recruitment

- Timeline – what needs to happen and

- Specific recruitment strategies
- Assimilation of a new volunteer’s experience
*Tools for Success is one of the required
trainings for service unit administrators. Beginning
at 1 p.m.
Recruitment/Organization includes:
- A complete checklist for rallies
- Sample presentations for all types of recruitment
events
- Shared adult recruitment strategies that
work
- What to do after the rally
- Ways to organize troops/groups
Participants
in Recruitment/Organization will receive sample materials for
posters and signs, links to activities to keep children busy
during the rally, and sample presentations to customize to fit
your specific need.
Registrar includes:
- Ways to make your job easier
- How to not get buried in the paperwork
- Placement strategies for getting girls into
existing troops and off waiting lists
- The entire registration process–including
paperwork, financial assistance and placement.
- Interaction with the organizer and membership
