Brownie Troop #6063 from Beaumont get ready for their hike with Ranger Jerry at Village Creek
State Park. They all had water bottles in their newly made tummy-packs!

Junior Girl Scout Troop #5589, along with friends and family, spent the day at Dewberry Farms. They enjoyed many activities such as riding the Farmer Flinger, climbing up Hay Mountain, rolling down the roller pipe slide, and even searching the pumpkin patch for “just the right pumpkin.” The troop even used their Girl Scouting skills to navigate through the Texas Maze.

Troop #5203 pitched tents and camped at Mission Tejas State Park. They drove to the Texas Railroad State Park and took a ride on an historic steam engine train from the 1800s. They had lunch at the depot and met several characters from the old west. The rain dampened their tents but not their spirits.

Brownie Troop #4112 went camping at Camp Misty Meadows September 18-19. There they participated in the Love, Hug, and Groom horse program. Pictured are Brittany L., Carolina, Brittany S., Macey, Kelly, and Rachel with Chief.

Troop #17016 of the Silver Spurs Service Unit visited the Houston Museum of Natural Science to celebrate a successful fall products sale. Since the mascot of the sale was butterflies, they went to observe 1,000s of them in the Butterfly Center.

Brownies in Troop #6063 finished their day at Village Creek State Park with hot dogs, s’mores, and songs around a campfire.

Troops #24043 and #24060 painted 60 Learning Boards.
