IS YOUR TROOP WORKING ON THE DOLL COLLECTOR PATCH? Antique dolls are on permanent display at the Houston Baptist University Museum. Call Lynn Miller at 281-649-3311 for details. Admission is free.

EARN SERVICE HOURS by putting together Council brochures. This is a fun and easy way to earn service hours. Brochures can be put together at your location. This can be a troop or individual girl activity. To make arrangements to pick up materials, contact Joanne Pastalaniec at 713-292-0314 or jpastal@sjgs.org.

Daisies: Learn to skate with a Roller Skating Workshop

Brownies: Work on the Sports and Games Try-it

Juniors: Work on the Doing Hobbies Badge

Workshops are offered on Saturdays year round. The 30-minute lesson starts at 12:30 p.m. followed by 30 minutes of practice time. Arrive by 12:15 p.m. to select skates. Girls can stay and skate from 1:30 - 5 p.m.
Wear socks and comfortable shoes.

Only $9 per girl.
Leaders don’t pay unless they skate.

UT OPEN HOUSE ON MARCH 5:
“Explore UT” offers more than 300 enrichment activities for explorers of all ages. Choose the activities you want to attend. There’s no fee, and no registration. The Web site still shows 2004 activities, so check out www.utexas.edu/events/exploreut. Many of these will be repeated in 2005. New activities for 2005 will be posted by January 1.
