Earth Day Is Coming
Discover ways that you can save the earth every day. Girls
will explore nature in a daylong wide-game event including
games, hikes, songs, and crafts. Plant a tree! Recycle old
items into new treasures!
No Girl Scout event would be complete without swaps. Be sure
to bring these small hand-made mementos made from recyclable
materials to trade with other girls.
Who: GSSJC registered Brownies and Juniors (Age 6-11)
Where: Camp Camwood
When: Saturday, April 16,
9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Bring: Sack lunch, snacks, drinks
Min./Max.: 100/400
Cost: $9/girl; $3/adult
Everyone receives a patch.

Midnight Madness!
May 31-June 1
High School age Girl Scouts
Join GSSJC in a career exploration adventure to gallivant
across the city in the late night and early morning
hours, then sleep late the next day at Camp Robinwood.
Discover who is busy at work while most people sleep!
Possible destinations include a fire and/or police station,
newspaper, TV/Radio station, a donut shop, a hospital,
and more. Watch for registration information in the
March issue of The Golden Link!
