- Completed Gladys City publicity release (sent w/ confirmation)
- Completed permission slip (GSSJC
form F-204) for each girl*
- Completed medical form (GSSJC
form F-185) for each girl*
- Completed adult emergency form (GSSJC
form F-22) for adults
- Girls wear their uniform or troop T-shirt, if available.
- Troop first aid kit (troop adult serves girls as first
aider at event)*Remains with troop leader
