Calling all Cadettes and Seniors! Join the Girl Planning Board
Are you interested in health issues?  
  Like to decorate and take pictures?
Are you a talented speaker?  
  Does event-planning appeal to you?

Then you should help plan GSSJC’s seventh annual Mother/Daughter Breast Cancer Awareness Event,
“Daisies in Bloom: A Celebration of Life.”

Girl Planning Board applications (F-492) are being accepted through May 1.

Planning meetings will be held monthly at the Girl Scout Center. The first meeting date will be in May. Future meeting dates will be set with your input. You must be able to attend the October 29 Daisies in Bloom Event
at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. If you are interested in participating on this planning board,

Resident Camp Needs Your Help

It’s going to be a hot and active summer for the campers and staff at resident camp this year. To assist the campers, parents and international staff who may have forgotten a few items for their stay at camp, GSSJC is seeking donations of the following items to make their stay a little more comfortable:

Shampoo
Conditioner
Toothpaste
Toothbrushes
(packaged)
Soap

All donations can be dropped off to the Girl Scout office at 3110 Southwest Freeway Houston, TX 77098 to the attention of Nicole McInnes.

Many thanks from the campers and staff who will be utilizing these items.
