are now the newest vessel for harassment of our kids. Learn
how technology has transitioned into a convenient bullying
tactic.
6 – Scrapbooking - Girl Scout Style: Do
you have mounds of photos from your Girl Scout troop activities
just waiting to be made into lasting memories? Learn how to
use the latest techniques and tricks of the trade to create
pages that you and your troop will treasure for years to come.

being the “Superwoman” or “Superman”
getting to you? Come enjoy the time-tested means of relaxation
using meditation. Learn to understand the purpose of meditation
and how it is used to calm the mind, release stress and anxiety,
and serve as a healing technique. You will experience meditation
and its relaxing qualities in this interactive workshop. Comfortable
attire is recommended.
9- “Toadally” Awesome: Jump-start
your troop/group’s treasury by getting great tips for
an awesome Fall Product Sale! Learn clever marketing ideas
and all about the “Holiday Combo” from Ashdon
Farms representative, Dennis Demitros. Discover new troop/group

10 – Ease Your Financial Fears: Keeping
accurate financial records leads to a more effective, cohesive
troop. However, you don’t need to be a CPA to do this.
If you are a leader who feels overwhelmed by reconciling your
troop funds, this workshop will help ease your mind. Come
learn the basics of money management, including troop finance,
planning and budgeting. |
11 – Hidden Culture of Aggression
in Girls: Sugar and Spice, but not everything’s
nice. Girls are just as aggressive as boys, they act out in
much more subtle ways. Many girls will show aggression towards
others in ways that are virtually “invisible” to
parents, but can be devastating to girls who are the target
of such aggression. In this workshop, experts will discuss this
hot topic and help parents and troop leaders understand this
hidden culture as well as give them tips on how to approach
the subject with their girls.
12- Cluttering Isn’t About the Stuff: Has
your house become the “Black Hole” for clutter?!
Learn why you collect stuff. Cluttering can negatively affect
your job, relationships, and self-esteem. This behavior is
not about individual items, but more about the psychology
behind the choices to keep or get rid of things. Discover

14- Swing Your Partner: Yee Haw! Have a
foot-stompin’ good time as you learn to follow the calls
in square dancing. This form of dance is a Texan favorite
