NEW PATCHES for the Catholic Religious Recognition programs are available. They do not replace the official medals that are presented upon satisfactory completion of the programs but like all patches, they may be worn on jackets, hats, etc. The patches are exact replicas of the medals. Patches are $3 each. They will be available in September and orders may be placed by calling Virginia Reed at 713-468-1497 or by e-mail at vbreed@msn.com. Order by program name: The Family of God (Brownies), I Live My Faith (Juniors), The Marian Medal (Cadettes), and The Spirit Alive (Seniors).

Retreat
When: February 11-13
6th grade Juniors bridging into Cadettes, Saturday, February 12 only 9 a.m.-noon
Where: Camp Casa Mare Toddville Rd., Seabrook
Who: Brownies (grades 2-3) and Juniors, (grades 4-5) What: All girls working on The Marian Medal ( Mary, the First Disciple) or The Spirit Alive, must attend the Retreat.
Moderator training available.

Program Book Review
When: February 26, 9: a.m. – 2 p.m.
Where: Girl Scout Center
Bring: Completed programs books and journals. Girls must attend; do not send books by adults as the girls will be interviewed.
