Tennis anyone?

Have you ever wanted to try tennis but didn’t know how to get started or where to go? Now is your chance! Girl Scouts and the USTA have teamed up with various locations around Houston to offer Girl Scouts and adults introductory tennis lessons. Each site will offer beginner introductory lessons and drills for all participants as well as information about youth leagues, tournaments and other tennis activities.
Girls will also earn the USTA Girl Sports patch.

How to Register: Complete the program registration form found in the Golden Link Magazine and fax to 713-292-0330 or mail to: GSSJC 3110 Southwest Freeway, Houston Texas, 77098. Cancellations or refunds must be requested no later than 2 weeks before event. Registrations must be received no later than 1 week prior to event date. Select one of the participating locations listed below and list that location when you register and submit payment with the program registration form. You will receive a letter of confirmation from the Girl Scout office. Please take your confirmation letter with you to the event.

What to Bring/Wear: Please wear comfortable attire, tennis shoes (sneakers) no open toed shoes. Bring water bottle (drinks may be available for purchasing), permission slips, tennis racquet if you have one. Racquets will be provided from the locations if necessary.
