A Taste of STUDIO 2B

How do you learn about all of the opportunities available to girls ages 11 – 17? Here is your chance to visit STUDIO 2B and discover SPURS, Mariners, ROPES, canoeing, destinations, drill team, backpacking, travel, program aide, career exploration, interest projects, focus books, and more! If you are a Junior Girl Scout, some of the activities will even count towards your bridging requirements!

Who: Girls age 10 –12, and their leaders/advisors
When: March 5; 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Where: Camp Agnes Arnold
Cost: $10 per girl (includes patch and supplies)
Free for adults (does not include patch)
Bring: Cup, sit-upon, lunch, and drinks
Min./Max.: 50/500

Adults: There will be a Teen Advisor training on the same date, also at Camp Agnes Arnold. Recruit one of your troop committee members to stay with the girls during the event, and come get trained! Contact the Adult Development department at 713-292-0238 for more details!

Do we have an event for you!

Are you tired of always having to go to stuff and worry about one “THEME”? Or missing out on a great event because you don’t like the theme they picked or wished it was something different?
This weekend is going to be soooo outrageous.
It is going to be WACKY, CRAZY, FUN, and FULL OF STUFF TO DO! We will be doing a little of this and a little of that. You can do all of the fun stuff we are planning for you to do or you can just kick back and relax! It’s totally up to you. Saturday night dinner will be provided and there is always something GREAT afterwards! Come by yourself or with a troop or group.

Who: Girls age 14-17 (Seniors) and advisors
When: January 21-23
Where: Camp Casa Mare
Cost: $20 per person

Bring: Permission slip, medical form, adult emergency form, food and drink for weekend (except Saturday dinner), camping gear
Max: Space limited to 175 girls
