#4156 took a trip downtown to ride the new Metro rail. They
also explored the tunnels and ate at the Hard Rock Cafe. The
troop also held a Easter party for children at a battered
women’s shelter.

#12516 spent the night at Blue Streak Stables in Seguin where
they earned the Horse Lover Badge.
Troops #12038, 12787, and #12529 decorated Easter eggs as
part of the Peanut Butter Brigade at St. Mark’s Lutheran
Church.
Troop #5633 collected pet supplies in its neighborhood as
part of the Bronze Award. They donated the supplies to Street
Beat Rescue and Placement.

#4130 visited Channel 13 to fulfill requirements for the Career
Try-it. They were lucky enough to be on the noon
newscast.
Troop #20026 from Ascension Episcopal School enjoyed its first
year as Girl Scouts learning crafts, healthy habits, and participating
in the cookie sale.

#7289 participated in the Houston Zoo’s Night Prowl.
The lion roared very loudly during their visit which delighted
the girls.
