Troop #3142 used it bonus money from Product Sales to spend
the night at Moody Gardens. Girls toured the rain forest during
the day and at night too. They slept on a balcony right off
the rainforest but still in the air-conditioned building.
They earned the Plants and Animals Badge and visited a couple
of attractions. They also ate lunch on the Colonel paddle
boat.
Girl Scouts Maria D., Rebekah V., Nikki M., Elizabeth V.,
Sarah I., Emily E., Lindsey K., and Sarah T. were presented
their 2004 Joyous Mysteries Rosary Patch by Fr. Thomas Phelan
of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Orange.

Sarah I. received first edition cards of the Adventures of
the Elements card game for winning First Place in the Junior
High division at the 2004 Scout Show held in the Beaumont
Ford Arena.
Brownie Troop #3122 and Junior Troop #3098 took a wagon ride
at Camp Misty Meadows. Horses Tick and Tock pull the girls
at a steady pace around the pasture
